Refund policy

Returns

Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations. 


Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 30 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.

 

Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.
Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set. Make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewellery. Keep in mind that engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. 


Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of the Philippines may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Please attached. Please attach pictures of the said item and a description of the trouble you are experiencing with it. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
