We ship Monday through Friday and most in-stock orders are processed 24 hours after payment.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
Please note that certain pieces are made to order or may be out of stock, which can result in extended delivery time. 
We will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible regarding any potential shipping delays.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage. 
  • While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations. 
  • Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 30 days upon receipt of your order. 
  • Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect
  • Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused
  • Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set. Make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry. Keep in mind that engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of the Philippines may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

If you have received a damage item, we hope you can send us an email at within 7 days upon receipt of the item.
Please attach pictures of the said item and a description of the trouble you are experiencing with it.
